About this product
Shilajit is a mineral resin that seeps from high-altitude rock in the summer months. Real shilajit is resin: dark, sticky, softening in your hand and dissolving completely in warm water or milk. Powders and capsules are usually diluted with fillers, which is why we sell it in the original form.
