Acacia honey is the one to reach for when you do not want the honey to take over. It pours clear and pale, tastes mildly floral rather than heavy, and stirs into tea or coffee without leaving a strong aftertaste. We filter it to remove wax and bee debris and nothing else — no heating, so the natural enzymes and aroma survive the journey to the jar.
