About this product
These are dried the traditional way: whole, in the sun, with no sulphur. That means they come out brown rather than bright orange, and considerably tangier and denser than the supermarket version. It is the honest form of the fruit, and once you soak them overnight they plump back into something far better than the treated kind.

Store airtight in a cool place. Untreated apricots darken further over time, which is expected.
